Diversity and Inclusion Statement

The Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association, in aiming for the high ideals of Equal Justice for all, strives to be an organization that acknowledges, encourages, and honors Diversity. The ESRBA is deeply committed to Diversity and Inclusion within the Association’s leadership and membership, the legal profession, and the Judicial system.

Acknowledging the historical biases that have denied many diverse groups of people the realities of equal justice and access to courts, the Association strives to instill values of fairness and tolerance into our membership through community awareness and legal education. The ESRBA believes in equal access and equal opportunity for all, denouncing any form of discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any protected classification. Recognizing the continually evolving definition of diversity, ESRBA strives to be an inclusive and informed organization.
